iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation. It is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation.
Lilli will guide you in a short breathwork practice and then give participants time to settle into their most comfortable position, lying down or seated, to be guided into a healing state between deep relaxation and sleep.

Class will be held live via Zoom. A link will be emailed to you upon registration with details on how to access the class. You will simply need a computer, tablet or phone, a comfortable space with pillows, blankets, eye pillow and any other items of comfort and relaxation.
