This class focuses on deep stretching and relaxation, targeting the body's connective tissues to improve flexibility and release tension. our soothing teacher will help you hold poses for longer periods, allowing for a deeper connection to your breath and body. Perfect for all levels, this class is a wonderful way to unwind, recharge, and destress from the long week.

Mats are available at the studio. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
