Do you:
Have a busy lifestyle and lots of interests pulling you in many directions?
Have a spiritual practice or curiosity to connect to the source?
Enjoy nature and living sustainably?
Seek creative outlets for your energy?
Want to practice spending time in reflection and self-awareness?
Feel the need to restore the body and mind?
As your host, I invite you to come home to what is essential for the body, mind and spirit; learn new skills, discover and be guided into moments of self-reflection; deepen your connection to nature and the elements with a balance of guided and free-time activities.
Going on retreat affords us a unique opportunity to set aside all of our worldly problems and concerns, and instead focus on our spiritual development, spending enough time to truly absorb what is required for the nervous system to function in our daily life.
You will be guided through four open-level yoga classes, including hatha/vinyasa and yin/restorative practices that will involve pranayama and meditation to support the energetic shifts you’re bound to experience in this refreshing retreat. Enjoy two longer workshop-style classes in yoga nidra and thai massage, where you can learn new tools and techniques for inviting more ease and awareness to yours and your loved ones’ daily lives.
Join the group for a healing soundbath and fire ceremony activities in the evenings, while balancing out your free time lounging around the gorgeous property, playing at the nearby beach, hiking through the surrounding forest or receiving relaxing and deep healing bodywork.
