Lilli will guide you into a comfortable meditation seat where we will practice refining our breathing ability and awareness of the flow of prana or energy in the body, before settling into a guided meditation.
The practice will last about 45 minutes, after which we hope that you will feel grounded, calm and refreshed.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and have a cushion, folded blanket or chair to sit on. You may choose to have your back supported, either with a wall or pillow behind your back in a chair, with your head free.
Once you register, you will expect to receive the Zoom details to access the live class within 1 week of the scheduled class and a reminder the day before.
